Went for a course @ Spring today with my managers and supervisiors. It's about Going the Extra Mile for Service..
I've learn that in order to Go an Extra Mile for your Services you not only have to know about the products that you are selling but also know about what's happen around you..
Today's course is very fulfiling as I have learn alot more about Singapore, a place where we grew up, live, study,work and play. You will never notice that there are so many places and things happening in Sinagpore. The beautiful skyline, flower city, food, events, cultures, Merlions and many more...
But sad to hear that the our famous Changi Airport is now rank no.3 after Dubai and Hong Kong. I have faith that Changi Airport will rank no.1 again one day. :)
Each and every Singaporean plays apart in many different ways to contribute to the country and of cause we are also the ambassidor of our country. The faith of our economy lies in our hand. If you yourself don't feel proud of being a Singaporean or Singapore itself, who will???? Do you think that people from other country will come and visit Singapore?
So be proud of Singapore, be proud of being a Singaporean and be proud of yourself...Cause YOU ARE SINGAPORE..
